Moons is a Mexican company that does custom clear aligners. Up until 2019, their services were only online. When they decided to open their first physical retail space, they asked Whatever Works to design it in partnership with the Mexican architecture firm, Co-Lateral.
Our goal was to develop a remarkable retail experience that reflected the brand essence and positioned the brand on the clients’ top of mind.

An important thing to keep in mind when courting our clients through retail experience is the element of surprise. We can keep them engaged with something unexpected.
Moon’s clients will feel a strong connection with the brand when they receive an unexpected café like treatment at a space where they expect to be treated differently.
